Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or not working, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges
